Governance Guard Cyber, LLC was founded by Mohamed Kotb (Mo), a cybersecurity and GRC specialist and certified Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business owner focused on helping organizations build practical, defensible security programs.
Experience includes supporting enterprise security operations, NIST compliance initiatives, vulnerability management programs, NIST RMF implementation, security program development, and regulatory work across federal and healthcare environments.
The firm exists so regulated organizations can get practitioner help — documentation, risk, and program execution — without standing up a full internal security team. The practice is based in Marana, Arizona and supports clients nationwide.
